Just a short note to thank you and your team for doing such a fantastic job on the build of our new house. We couldn’t be more pleased with it and, whilst there are still a few niggles to iron out, I have to say there have been significantly fewer snags than on the two houses we have had built previously, testament to the pride and care we have seen in all the team we have met over the last twelve months.

Think that’s everything, love love love the house!! Thanks for everything you have done for us. I know we are going to be so happy there.

All I can say is WOW!! I wouldn't be surprised to learn you heard my screams of delight on Friday night when I first laid eyes on the house in all its glory! It is stunning beyond words and I really want to pay tribute to the two of you whose months and months of hard graft and dedication have culminated in a house which could feature in Grand Designs.

Just wanted to wizz a quick email to you as I was at splendid Lower Mill yesterday visiting Susan Dixon to choose some of the finishes etc. for my house at the water garden.

I feel certain I am telling you something you already know but am continually so impressed by Susan that just had to mention it again! She makes the whole Lower Mill experience a special one - so positive, professional and extremely helpful in every way.

For me Susan and Nathan are your shining stars, but I would also like you to pass on my thanks to your entire team, they have the most refreshing and positive outlook.

My house is definitely better than I could have hoped for and on reflection there isn’t anything (so far) that I would have changed.

We have been delighted with the whole process - CBL have been very easy to work with and Susan (who oversees the build work, design and any individual specifics you require) has really been amazing throughout. We were very sceptical about buying a new property as we were renovating our primary residence at the time and didn't want additional hassle or design issues, however I can honestly say the whole process was so easy and the builders delivered our house nearly 2 months early a result! (panic shopping did commence - much to Paul's disgust!)

I have to add that Susan is just fabulous to work with. Nothing has been too much trouble and she helped get everything sorted in the house, along with Martin and Adrian. Really enjoyable experience.

I ve just landed (mentally). Was really so happy and excited. My son was also really impressed and wants to spend a lot of time at the LME, something you’re never sure of with 16 year olds. It’s all much more beautiful than expected. Even bought the shed the same afternoon through Felicity.

I can’t believe how we have communicated so little and still everything worked out so well.
